Ongoing research

To test and explore the methods of social representations in analysis of legal concepts, we have chosen three, more or less vague legal concepts: public order, dignity of a judge, and “judikatura” [case-law].  

Currently, we are exploring the concept of “judikatura” and data gathering is in progress. We are still interested in the legal professionals’ input and contribution to the shared understanding of that concept.
